Sunday 31st August - Border Fisheries, Canal

We have changed this to Border Fisheries, Canal. This is a charity pairs match so we are entering maximum of 12 pairs so we have 24 pegs available. The pairs will be be drawn out top half/bottom half of the league, randomly.

This will not count towards Trenthams League Fixtures, as we will not be weighing in, so it will make it difficlut to work out the points etc. We will have our own little pay out for the top Trentham pairs also with our pool  money.

Draw 9pm - Fish 10pm till 3pm.

Why change in the first place?

Because mate after the last match on pool 1 it was'nt the best so there was not much interest and everyone agree to change it (including yourself). We did try to change it to another pool on cudmore but with no joy. So it's the best we could find at short notice. We are doing are best to please everyone and want people to catch and when your paying alot of money to fish on a commercial fishery you do want the chance to catch a few, ( even though it does'nt always work like that). Pool 1 will fish well if there is 5 - 10 anglers on it, but with 20 - 25 anglers it will struggle and take into account the cost of bait for silvers, match fee ect and people are weighing inn 1 - 7lb (and quiet a few did) in wet cold conditions you can understand. So get your name back down pal.

Can't bag up every week mate, no harm in fishing for silvers in hard conditions not all about carp

And yh I didn't want fish because it was on pool 1 but doesn't mean you should change it egg lol I think its because you can't catch silvers lol
